I’m a humanistic, compassion-focused, holistic therapist and the proud owner and founder of Heart Space Psychotherapy.

I know what it’s like to feel like life keeps throwing curveballs, and to know deep down that something needs to change, but not know where to start.
​
My calling to this work was sparked by my own healing journey. A few years ago, a traumatic event altered the course of my life, beginning a season of challenges that touched every aspect of my being. I struggled with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and stress. After months of not seeing progress, a trusted professor encouraged me to explore a holistic approach to healing that addressed the mind, body, and soul. Intrigued, I took a leap of faith.
Holistic therapy, alongside psychedelic therapy, not only facilitated my recovery from trauma but also unveiled the root causes of emotional wounds I had carried for years. Through time, patience, and self-compassion in safe, sacred spaces – therapy, meditation, and psychedelic journeys, I reclaimed my sense of safety, peace, and personal power.

I learned to care for my entire self: mind, body, and soul. By reconnecting with my heart space, I discovered how to be present and treat myself with the love and compassion I had needed all along. Was “doing the work” challenging? Absolutely. But it was so worth it.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding people like you on your own journey. Together, we’ll do more than just talk—we’ll dive deep, we’ll laugh, and we’ll get real to develop the self-awareness and understanding you need to get to the root of what’s ready to heal within you.

With cultural and spiritual humility at the heart of my practice, I honor the role of culture and identity in shaping who you are. Whether you’re part of my Latine community or come from a different background, my goal is to create a space where your experiences are truly seen and valued.
