Therapy for Trauma

Holistic healing through mind, body, soul alignment

ONLINE THERAPY IN CALIFORNIA

Living with trauma can feel incredibly heavy, like carrying the weight of your past. But healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.

You try to move forward by pretending you’re okay, but deep down, you’re just trying to survive. Each day feels like you’re going through the motions on autopilot—feeling unsafe, physically stressed, and overwhelmed by emotions. The cycle of hopelessness and emotional struggle traps you, leaving you disconnected from yourself and others. This makes it hard to trust, connect, and can leave you feeling misunderstood and isolated.

Trauma therapy offers a path to post-traumatic healing and growth—empowering you to rediscover the connection between your mind, body, and soul. Together, we’ll work to reclaim your sense of safety, strength, and connection, so you can heal from the past and move forward with hope.

“Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget.”

When you experience or witness something painful or dangerous—whether it's abuse, neglect,  a life-threatening event, the loss of a loved one, or being  shamed—your body endures an overwhelming amount of stress that can lead to trauma.

If, at the time of the event, you lacked the capacity, safety, or support to process your emotions and resolve what happened, the stress from that experience can remain trapped in your body. This leads to unresolved trauma and a dysregulated nervous system, making it harder to move forward.

Unresolved trauma has a profound effect on your nervous system, making your fight/flight/freeze/fawn response easily triggered. This can result in symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. It can also lead to difficulties adapting to life changes, managing your mood, feeling disconnected, and disruptions in sleep, appetite, digestion, and other areas of your well-being.

Living with trauma can create significant distress, impacting your daily life, relationships, work, and goals. It may feel like you’re just surviving.

Healing from trauma is a courageous journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone. You are worthy of living a life that goes beyond survival—you deserve to thrive. Together, we'll reclaim your sense of safety, strength, and connection, helping you move past the pain and embrace a future filled with peace, joy, and growth."

“Trauma is not what happens to you; trauma is what happens inside of you as a result of what happens to you.”
